Console & Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities :
- Plan and control import/export sea & air consolidation operations
- Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo flow
- Ensure shipping and customs documentation accuracy and timeliness
- Manage cost control and monitor profit margins per shipment
- Optimize space utilization and vessel/flight schedules
- Lead and coach the CS team to provide excellent service in handling bookings, inquiries, and shipment tracking
- Develop and maintain service quality standards
- Ensure effective communication with customers and overseas partners
- Monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Strengthen customer relationships and promote long-term partnerships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Freight Forwarding with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong understanding of sea/air freight operations, consolidation, and customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills (Chinese language is an advantage).
- Leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
