Responsibilities :

  • Plan and control import/export sea & air consolidation operations
  • Coordinate with carriers, co-loaders, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo flow
  • Ensure shipping and customs documentation accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage cost control and monitor profit margins per shipment
  • Optimize space utilization and vessel/flight schedules
  • Lead and coach the CS team to provide excellent service in handling bookings, inquiries, and shipment tracking
  • Develop and maintain service quality standards
  • Ensure effective communication with customers and overseas partners
  • Monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strengthen customer relationships and promote long-term partnerships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in Freight Forwarding with 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of sea/air freight operations, consolidation, and customer service.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Chinese language is an advantage).
  • Leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
