Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead and execute our growth strategy across domestic and export markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B food sales and business development, with strong exposure to working with multiple verticals such as retail chains, foodservice, airlines, and distributors.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on capabilities who can drive revenue growth, forge long-term client relationships, and expand F2P's presence in both existing and new markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy across domestic and international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in key verticals: Retail, Airlines, QSR, and Cash & Carry.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with buyers, distributors, foodservice partners, and airline catering companies.
  • Lead the process of customer acquisition, product presentation, pricing proposals, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Supply Chain) to align offerings with market needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify growth areas.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to set revenue targets and drive performance against those goals.
  • Provide input for new product development based on market feedback.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and other industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the frozen food or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience handling both domestic and export markets.
  • Strong network and experience in dealing with retail chains, airline caterers, QSR brands, and distributors.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication in Thai and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
