We are looking for a passionate and business-minded Business Development Supervisor to join our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone who loves exploring new trends, discovering global fashion and lifestyle brands, and turning great ideas into real business opportunities in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

What You'll Do

1. Market & Trend Research

  • Study global fashion and lifestyle trends to spot brands that fit the Thai market.
  • Analyze market gaps, competitors, and consumer insights to identify potential growth areas.
  • Keep management updated with reports and recommendations based on market data.

2. Brand Sourcing & Partnership Building

  • Research and approach international brands that align with our company's direction.
  • Build relationships with brand owners and global business teams to introduce our company's distribution capability.
  • Negotiate partnership terms such as exclusivity, pricing, and distribution rights.
  • Manage the entire deal process — from first contact to final contract signing.

3. Business Planning & Project Management

  • Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to create business plans and financial models for each potential brand.
  • Present proposals and brand business cases to management for approval.
  • Take ownership of each project — from planning, negotiation, and internal coordination to launch execution.

4. Brand Relationship Management

  • Act as the main contact point for brand partners after contract signing.
  • Maintain good relationships, monitor performance, and ensure long-term success for both sides.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, international brand management, or partnership roles (fashion, lifestyle, or retail background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of international fashion trends and SEA retail landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident presenter with analytical and commercial thinking.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
