Job Descriptions

  • Oversee and manage the entire production process within the CNC Milling Centers (4 to 6 machines).
  • Plan, schedule, and prioritize workloads to ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Ensure the quality of all parts produced by CNC machines meets established standards.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize production processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve the overall efficiency of machinery and the team.
  • Control and supervise the daily operations of production line staff.
  • Ensure the working environment complies with safety and occupational health regulations.
  • Review and ensure CNC programming is highly accurate and efficient (may be required to write complex programs if necessary).
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues arising during production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC Milling or Machining operations.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and machinery in a live production environment.
  • Expertise in controlling and managing CNC Milling Centers.
  • Deep understanding of CNC programming and machine tuning/setup.
  • Possess strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and make quick decisions to resolve production issues.
  • Open to applicants from diverse nationalities and regions (e.g., Indian, Philippines, Indonesian, and other relevant backgrounds and Work permit and visa required).

Workplace : DXM Engineering, Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan.

Working Day /Time : Monday -Saturday 08.30 AM -05.30PM.
