Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Oversee entire operations of the production to ensure best utilization of resources such as manpower, equipment, materials, and office space.
  • Liaise with internal Managers to understand requirements and manage workflow to fulfill   specifications and deadline.
  • Provide timely updates to management on production delivery forecast, and production progress status.
  • Ensure to plan out production activities for all requests and execute for both internal and external requirements.
  • Ensure cost, quality and timeline of materials supply and fabrication jobs to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor production team and resolve technical issues
  • Supervising and evaluating performance of production team.
  • Ensuring workplace safety and health, and uphold 5 S housekeeping practices in the production area
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Communication System, Electronic, Power Electrical), Production Management or relevant discipline
  • Knowledge of quality tools, ISO and IPC standards and processes is prefered
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Hardware Production, Electronics line, Components Assembly
  • Experience in leading production teams or electronic components knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
  • Driving License.
  • Able to travel if needed
