Position: Production Manager
Job Responsibilities
  • Define production, cost, manpower, and expense strategies to align with factory goals.
  • Prepare annual production budgets and implement strategies including TPM, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Monitor and control productivity, performance, quality, cost, manpower, energy usage, and safety.
  • Conduct internal audits, follow-ups, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Manage staff development, organize skill-up training, and evaluate team performance.
  • Report production performance, quality issues, and operational concerns to the Factory Director and Managing Director.
  • Plan, control, and manage production processes to achieve company KPIs in quality, quantity, cost, and delivery.
  • Conduct weekly production meetings to set objectives, assign tasks, and track progress.
  • Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead and participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and safety committees with clear action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GHPs/HACCP, and Halal.
  • Oversee hygiene practices and pest control management in production areas to maintain food safety.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate company policies, quality, and safety standards clearly to subordinates.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork in the production department.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mold Engineering, or Production Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, including supervisory or managerial roles
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic decision-making skills
  • Solid understanding of ISO standards, GMP, BRC, HACCP, TPM, and other production-related systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including SAP systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and other production management tools
