As we continue to grow in Thailand, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to bridge the gap between our engineering solutions and our customers' needs. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on visiting industrial sites, understanding plant operations, and identifying opportunities for equipment upgrades and modifications.

Key Responsibilities

l On-Site Client Engagement: Regularly visit customer plants and industrial sites (Cement, Power, etc.) to maintain strong relationships and understand their operational challenges.

l Need Identification: "Walk the floor" to identify opportunities for plant modifications, equipment upgrades, and spare parts requirements.

l Technical Proposals: Work closely with the engineering team to develop and present technical solutions and commercial proposals to clients.

l Account Management: Manage and grow existing local accounts by ensuring their maintenance and spare parts needs are met consistently.

l Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity within the Thai industrial sector to identify new project opportunities.

l Strategic Growth: Support the CEO and regional team in developing sales strategies to increase market share in the equipment and modification sector.

l Exhibition Support: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to capture new leads and showcase CCSP's engineering capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or Business Administration with a strong technical aptitude.

  2. Must have full working rights for Thailand and be fluent in English.

  3. Proven experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the industrial or B2B sectors.

  4. Previous experience in the Cement, Power Plant, or Heavy Industry sector is a strong advantage.

  5. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to industrial zones throughout Thailand for on-site visits.

  6. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and project management skills.

  7. Ability to work independently, manage your own travel schedule, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
