Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell domestic and international airline tickets to retail and corporate clients.
  • Develop and manage relationships with airline partners, consolidators, and travel agents.
  • Negotiate and secure special fares, group bookings, and airline incentives.
  • Utilize GDS system to issue, reissue, and refund tickets accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline fare rules, promotions, schedule changes, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the operations and ticketing team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the airline segment.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in airline trainings, roadshows, and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong command of airline fare calculations, ticketing processes, and IATA guidelines.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
