Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand development and marketing initiatives for our skincare product portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving brand growth, launching new products, and executing impactful marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to strengthen market presence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience. Define brand positioning, key messages, and differentiation strategies.
  • Product Development & Launch: Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize, develop, and strategically launch new skincare products to the market.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, print, and offline events. Develop creative concepts, messaging, and visuals to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of brand initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance. Track KPIs, generate insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in skincare or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record in brand strategy development, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-focused initiatives.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skill and strategy planning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Thai and good command of English.
