Role Description

  • พัฒนาและดำเนินกลยุทธ์ Influencer/KOL Marketing ให้สอดคล้องกับ Brand Positioning, Campaign Objective และกลุ่มเป้าหมาย พร้อมติดตามเทรนด์แพลตฟอร์มใหม่ ๆ
  • คัดเลือก ประเมิน และบริหารความสัมพันธ์กับ Influencer, KOLs, Creators, FOC และ Brand Presenter บน TikTok, IG, Facebook, YouTube และ X
  • ติดตาม วิเคราะห์ผลแคมเปญ และจัดทำรายงาน พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่ม ROI และประสิทธิภาพในอนาคต
  • วางแผนและบริหาร Budget เพื่อให้ได้ Margin ตามนโยบายบริษัท รวมถึงเจรจา Special Deal / Added Value เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าแคมเปญ
  • เป็นผู้นำทีม KOL Specialist/Operation: มอบหมายงาน วางแผน Manhour ดูแล KPI & Workload รวมถึงให้ Feedback เพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพงาน
  • แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ประสานงานกับ KOLs ตาม Objective และ Timeline สามารถทำงานแบบยืดหยุ่น และดูแลพัฒนาทีมเพื่อลดงานลูทีน

Qualifications

  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Influencer / KOL Marketing หรือ Social Media Marketing อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (ในอุตสาหกรรมความงาม เครื่องสำอาง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  • มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการจัดทำรายงาน สามารถถอดบทเรียนและนำเสนอเป็นข้อเสนอแนะเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้
  • มีประสบการณ์ที่พิสูจน์ได้ในด้านการบริหารจัดการ Influencer การเจรจาแคมเปญ และการดำเนินงานข้ามแพลตฟอร์ม (TikTok, IG, YouTube, X, FB)
  • มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการจัดทำรายงาน สามารถถอดบทเรียนและนำเสนอเป็นข้อเสนอแนะเชิงกลยุทธ์ได้
