Role:
The
KOL Acquisition Executive plays a critical role within our Influencer and Social Department, expanding and maintaining a high-quality pool of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who directly contribute to the success of influencer marketing campaigns for top brands.
You will be responsible for researching new creators, managing an organized influencer database, and collaborating closely with our Influencer Specialist Team to ensure each campaign is matched with the right talent. Your work ensures creators are relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with each brand's identity and campaign objectives.
This role requires strong research, data management, and coordination skills. Efficiency, accuracy, and strategic thinking are essential to deliver high-impact creator recommendations that support performance-driven influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities:
External:
- Research and identify new KOLs across categories (beauty, lifestyle, food, tech, etc.) and platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
- Evaluate KOL profiles based on engagement, content quality, audience demographics, and past performance.
- Support outreach and coordination with KOLs when required, including onboarding and availability updates.
Internal:
- Continuously expand and maintain the internal influencer database with accurate and up-to-date metrics (followers, engagement rates, average views, niche categories, etc.).
- Use Excel or Google Sheets to build, track, and analyze KOL lists for campaign suitability.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Specialist Team to understand campaign briefs and provide well-researched KOL recommendations.
- Collect post-campaign performance data to support reporting and future optimization.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, rising creators, and industry movements to enhance the quality of recommendations.
Results:
- Maintain a diverse, high-quality, and constantly expanding KOL database.
- Deliver accurate and timely creator recommendations aligned with campaign KPIs.
- Support the team in achieving strong influencer campaign performance through data-driven talent matching.
- Contribute to improved efficiency in workflow, database accuracy, and creator sourcing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent acquisition, or digital marketing is preferred (new graduates with passion and attention to detail are welcome).
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape in Thailand and regional markets.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking, filtering, and analysis.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent project management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital campaign mechanics.
