Position: KOL Specialist

Team: Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective KOL/Influencer strategies for campaigns and product launches (Awareness, Engagement, Conversion) all platform.
  • Execute KOL Seeding: sourcing, screening, negotiating, contracting, and managing influencers end-to-end.
  • Build and maintain an organized KOL Database across multiple segments and platforms.
  • Create clear and actionable campaign briefs for creators.
  • Monitor deliverables, ensure content accuracy, and track all posting timelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights, reports, and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Brand, and external agencies.
  • Stay updated on KOL/Influencer trends across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing or KOL Seeding.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Ability to develop strategies independently and propose KOL plans that align with campaign goals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Analytical mindset - able to read data, measure performance, and create insight-driven reports.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Passion for influencer trends, content creation, and social media culture.
  • (Plus) Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
  • (Plus) Existing network or database of KOLs.
