Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Development

  • Design and conduct research on bioactive compound extraction and plant extraction processes.

  • Predict and analyze compound properties using computational and experimental methods.

  • Product Innovation

  • Develop functional health food formulations and contribute to related projects.

  • Scientific Analysis

  • Perform computerized molecular docking studies for compound-target interactions.

  • Conduct in vitro testing and toxicology assessments to ensure safety and efficacy.

  • Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.

  • Prepare detailed research reports, publications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Food Science, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in research related to bioactive compounds, plant extraction, or functional food development.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in molecular docking software and computational modeling.

  • Hands-on experience with in vitro assays and toxicology testing.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
