Position Overview: This position is a leadership role responsible for developing and executing sales strategy to drive growth in student enrolment, program participation and consulting operations. While focuses on leading the business growth team, collaborating with marketing and other departments and building relationships with key stakeholders such as corporate partners, prospective students, alumni and government institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development

  • Create and execute growth strategies to meet enrolment targets and increase revenue from academic programs, executive education, corporate training, centers of excellence, and consulting services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to continuously improve sales approaches.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate the sales team by setting clear goals and driving high performance.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment aligned with Sasin's mission and vision.
  • Provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and knowledge.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, alumni, students, industry leaders, chambers of commerce, and government organizations.
  • Identify new partnership, collaboration, and sponsorship opportunities to boost revenue.
  • Represent Sasin at industry events and networking activities.

4. Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales performance using data to identify improvements.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and monitor key metrics like lead conversion and sales cycle.

5. Collaboration with Marketing & Admissions

  • Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to align sales campaigns and ensure smooth lead handover.
  • Provide insights to support marketing initiatives and improve customer engagement.

6. Brand Ambassadorship

  • Serve as a representative of Sasin in the marketplace, enhancing the school's reputation and value.
  • Develop thought leadership content and actively participate in industry discussions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 12 years' experience in sales, including 3+ years in leadership roles, ideally within higher education or related industries.
  • Proven success in driving sales and achieving growth targets.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of higher education market trends and competition.
  • Skilled at building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
