Key Responsibilities

International Chain Partnerships & Key Accounts

  • Hotel Group Liaison: Establish, nurture, and serve as the primary strategic partner for General Managers and corporate stakeholders of Dusit, Centara, and Anantara.
  • Global Network Expansion: Build and maintain high-level relationships with international clients and partners to aggressively expand the Vibes Lab global footprint.
  • Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute business strategies designed to capture market share in the luxury hospitality and retail sectors worldwide.

Sales Execution & Service Expansion

  • Strategic Territory Management: Oversee domestic and international sales territories, specifically targeting decision-makers within major Thai hotel chains to launch our Signature Scent program globally.
  • Distributor Integration: Connect global clients directly with international distributors to facilitate the installation and servicing of hotels on a subscription basis.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of internal sales teams and regional distributors to ensure consistent growth.
  • Closing & Negotiations: Lead complex contract negotiations and high-value renewals, ensuring all agreements align with long-term business objectives and compliance standards.

Operational Leadership & Oversight

  • Supply Chain & Distribution: Establish and manage technician networks across Thailand and distributor networks throughout Asia to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintenance Planning: Systematize and oversee oil refilling schedules to ensure uninterrupted service for all clients.
  • Daily Operations: Supervise scent marketing installations and daily operational workflows to maintain the highest standards of sensory execution.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the Sales and Business Development teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional growth.

Performance Reporting

  • Shareholder Relations: Deliver comprehensive monthly reports to shareholders, providing data-driven insights with a focus on:

  • New customer acquisitions and closed deals.

  • Contract renewal rates.
  • Forecasting for future large-scale project pipelines.

Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of proven success as a Sales Manager or Head of Business Development.
  • Hospitality Expertise: Mandatory deep industry knowledge of the Hotel and Luxury Hospitality sectors.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Thai is a significant advantage for managing domestic operations.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Personality: A "relationship-first" mindset with a genuine passion for networking and client satisfaction.
