About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Leader to own and drive quality across our enterprise SaaS platform.

This role covers QA strategy, automation at scale, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and international stakeholders.

You will play a key role in ensuring release readiness, system reliability, and continuous quality improvement, with growing adoption of automation-first and AI-assisted testing.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end QA strategy for enterprise SaaS products
  • Lead and scale test automation across web, API, and performance testing
  • Design, maintain, and improve automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, JMeter)
  • Apply AI-assisted testing to improve test coverage, regression efficiency, and defect detection
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on architecture, requirements, and release decisions
  • Coach and mentor QA engineers; review test design and raise team quality standards
  • Communicate quality status, risks, and release readiness in English to foreign stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and metrics

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in QA for enterprise or SaaS systems
  • Strong hands-on experience in automation testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, JMeter or equivalent)
  • Good understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases
  • Practical experience or strong interest in AI-assisted testing and applying it meaningfully in real QA workflows
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Leadership experience in mentoring or leading QA engineers
  • Strong analytical thinking and ownership mindset
  • Good to excellent English communication skills - able to present, explain trade-offs, and discuss quality risks with international stakeholders

  • Experience in scaling QA for fast-growing product teams
  • Exposure to AI-driven or intelligent testing tools
