Make by Kbank is seeking an experienced
Senior Quality Assurance Engineer*
to lead our QA strategy, covering both automation and manual testing. This role is critical to ensuring faster, more reliable, and higher-quality software releases through modern QA practices, leadership, and continuous improvement.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Define and drive the QA strategy, balancing automated and manual testing to ensure quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a QA team of 8–10 engineers (manual & automation), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated testing frameworks and pipelines (e.g., Robot Framework for API, Flutter test for mobile, Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD).
• Engage in continuous release plan and then develop test plan accordingly. Decide (1) what to do with manual approaches and how to do it effectively (2) what to do with automate approaches and how to maintain it continuously
• Continuously refine test case management, ensuring scalability and maintainability in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Collaborate closely with developers, delivery managers, and DevOps teams to integrate testing into the SDLC and release cycles.
• Evaluate, introduce, and maintain testing tools, frameworks and QA metrics (e.g., defect leakage, automation coverage, test execution trends) to improve QA team efficiency

What Will Set You Up For Success

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in software QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical expertise in software testing methodologies (functional and regression while performance or security is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with mobile and API testing; proficient in scripting (Python, Shell, or similar).
• Proven knowledge of automation frameworks and tools (Robot Framework, Selenium, Postman, Flutter test, etc.).
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
• Solid understanding of test management tools, bug tracking, and reporting systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Be able to convey difficult messages in a constructive and positive way. Keep self-motivated and influence positive energy to the team
