Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the online merchandising strategy across Big C App and Marketplace platforms to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee product assortment planning, listings, pricing, and positioning to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Partner with offline and online category leads to align omni-channel strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive category-specific online trade campaigns, ensuring strong execution and alignment with overall commercial goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end online product lifecycle: new product launches, assortment optimization, content accuracy, and online merchandising standards.
  • Monitor inventory performance, stock allocation, and supply chain readiness to ensure product availability and minimize lost sales.
  • Establish strong collaboration with Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
  • Manage and develop the online merchandising team, fostering innovation, accountability, and a data-driven culture.
  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to inform strategy, optimize conversion, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce merchandising, category management, or digital retail, with proven leadership experience.
  • Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate business objectives into actionable merchandising plans.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages a plus.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with analytics and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a results-driven, growth-oriented mindset.
