We're looking for a senior ecommerce leader with deep hands-on experience running and scaling ecommerce businesses. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has international exposure, strong digital marketing knowledge, proven D2C experience, and the ability to build and lead a team while staying close to the numbers.


What you will own
Ecommerce growth & digital marketing
  • Lead acquisition strategy across paid channels (search, social, retargeting)
  • Build campaign structures, budgets, testing roadmaps, and scaling plans
  • Improve performance by connecting ads → landing pages → product pages → retention
D2C store performance (conversion + merchandising)
  • Own site conversion rate and AOV through merchandising, offers, pricing, bundles, and promotions
  • Improve product page content, navigation, collections, and seasonal campaigns
  • Drive repeat purchase through retention and customer journey improvements
Data, reporting & Excel-based decision making
  • Own weekly/monthly business reporting and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets analysis: clean data, build models, dashboards, and performance views
  • Turn data into clear actions for marketing, content, and operations teams
Customer experience & operational alignment
  • Ensure strong customer experience across service, returns, and post-purchase communications
  • Reduce returns/complaints by fixing root causes (expectation setting, product, packaging, process)
  • Align marketing with inventory and delivery promises to avoid waste and customer issues
Team leadership & building
  • Lead and grow a team (marketing, content, CS, ecommerce ops) and manage agencies/freelancers
  • Build SOPs, weekly rhythms, and training so the business scales smoothly
  • Hire, coach, and set KPIs with accountability

What success looks like

Sustained revenue growth with healthy margins, efficient customer acquisition, improving conversion/AOV, stronger repeat purchase, better customer ratings/returns performance, and a team that runs with clear processes and reporting.


Requirements (this is a senior role)
  • 7–10+ years ecommerce experience with proven growth results
  • Strong D2C experience (Shopify or equivalent) and deep understanding of online merchandising
  • Strong digital marketing background (paid acquisition + retention/lifecycle)
  • International exposure (regional or global brands, cross-market experience, or international teams)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (models, dashboards, forecasting, analysis)
  • Proven team management and team-building experience (hiring + coaching)
  • Strong English communication (Thai/English bilingual is a plus)
