Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, assessments, and ongoing candidate communication.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Analyze recruitment and workforce data to identify replacement or new positions and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to monitor process effectiveness (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline status, sourcing efficiency).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
  • Experience in MarTech, online marketing, publishing, advertising agencies, or production companies is a plus.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or niche groups is a plus.
  • Skilled in using Google services (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive) effectively for work and data management, including AI tool integration.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
