Key Account Executive

This role consists of a 50% Talent Acquisition and 50% Sales Hunter split, with the responsibility of onboarding quality influencers onto the platform and generating direct revenue from SME clients.
Responsibilities:
- KOL Recruitment (Nano to Mid-Tier): Identify, contact, and onboard influences across diverse categories (Beauty, Tech, Lifestyle, Gaming) into the Kolaxy platform.
- Sales of Digital Assets: Actively sell company-owned social platform pages and groups to businesses seeking ready-made audiences.
- Ad & Promo Sales: Sell social promotion packages, ads, and influencer slots to SME customers.
- Onboarding & Support: Guide new KOLs through the registration process, ensuring their profiles are attractive to buyers.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape (TikTok, IG, FB).
- Aggressive, target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
