About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Management professional to join our team at Tharmotek (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.' in Samut Prakan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from planning and scheduling to ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives
  2. Coordinate and manage the flow of materials, resources, and equipment to optimise production efficiency
  3. Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, quality, and maintenance, to support the production process
  5. Identify and address any production bottlenecks or issues, and implement solutions to improve productivity
  6. Ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols
  7. Provide training and mentorship to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

  1. Extensive experience in production management, ideally within the manufacturing or production industries
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise production processes
  3. Excellent planning and scheduling abilities to coordinate complex production activities
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead production staff
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with production management software and data analysis tools
  7. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  8. Able to communicate effectively in English or Chinese
