Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Thai Speaking) located in Bangkok. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing and delivering strategic proposals, and driving revenue growth. The role involves working closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and contributing to the company's expansion in the APAC market. You will represent Ironbook AI at industry events and continuously evaluate market trends to identify emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise (3 to 5 years experience) in business development, sales, and strategic planning , in technology space
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and negotiation
  • Experience in enterprise AI, cloud technologies, or enterprise solutions is preferred
  • Excellent network, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on meeting revenue goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • Thai + English speaking is a must
