Profile

A successful Head of AI Engineering and Data Science should have:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or AI/ML, with proven success delivering end-to-end solutions that influence business decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modelling, advanced analytics techniques, and modern data platforms.
  • Proven experience in leading analytics initiatives in the business services industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages.
  • The ability to communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and security.
