Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to support our company's expansion into the Thai market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of forex trading and proven experience in developing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about building business networks in the financial trading industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage
    Introducing Brokers (IBs)
    , affiliates, and partnerships within the Thai market.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners and clients.
  • Drive sales performance through proactive client acquisition and account management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to support local promotional activities.
  • Represent the company in industry-related events, both online and offline, when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in
    forex, CFD, or financial trading
    industry.
  • Proven success in
    sales, partnership management, or business development
    roles.
  • Strong network within Thailand's forex trading and investment community.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both
    Thai and English
    .
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working
    remotely
    with minimal supervision.
