Degree in HRM or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant HR experience

3-5 years of experience.

1.Analytical, resourceful, and meticulous and confident.

2.Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment.

3.Good interpersonal and communication skills.

4.Motivated individual and possesses good follow-up skills.

5.Proficient in MS Office.

Supports Director of HR in the development and management of an effective and responsive human resource?s function.

Involved in the formulation, review and implementation of HR policies & procedures, strategies, and initiatives.

1.Assist in managing the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations

2.Manage full scope of recruitment services including reviewing and managing new channels for talent acquisition.

3.Networking and forge partnerships with associates within the hospitality industry

4.Works with the business units to assess staffing requirements and provide assistance in the development of strategic staffing plans.

5.Provides HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business partners in delivering effective HR management.

6.Keep abreast with current HR trends in the industry and strategically review, propose, and implement HR initiatives and solutions.

7.Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures, plans, processes, and programs that aligns to company's objectives.

8.Monitor all HR policies to ensure relevance and compliance

9.Assist in the overall operations in Human Resource and Administration to ensure operational efficiency.

10.Assist in preparing information and data needed for salary survey and benchmarking exercise

11.Any other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.

12.Assist to manage HR policies and implementation.
