Confidential Hiring | Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Thonglor, Bangkok

A fast-growing business is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. This role plays a critical part in aligning people strategy with business objectives while overseeing full-spectrum HR and office administration functions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and organizational design
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and job specifications

Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent management matters

Performance, Learning & Development

  • Implement performance management frameworks and KPIs
  • Design training roadmaps and career development plans
  • Promote continuous learning and knowledge-sharing culture

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Thai and international labor regulations
  • Handle employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations

  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and welfare programs
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and manage compensation structures
  • Maintain HRIS, employee records, and HR analytics for decision-making

Office & Administrative Management

  • Oversee general office administration, facilities, and vendor management
  • Manage company licenses, contracts, and internal documentation
  • Support internal communications and company-wide announcements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in international or multi-country environments
  • Strong hands-on experience across full-spectrum HR
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, including managing employees across borders or via EoR
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strategic mindset with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience using HRIS and coordinating international payroll
