Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR & GA Manager to oversee and manage all human resources and general administration functions for our Thailand operation. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth, ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws, and acting as a trusted partner to both local management and the regional headquarters.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR leadership experience, excellent communication skills in English, and experience working with Japanese or multinational organizations is perferable.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in line with Thai labor law and company standards.
- Handle disciplinary actions, employee relations issues, and ensure fair and compliant HR practices.
- Oversee manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce development.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes, salary reviews, and HR reporting.
General Administration
- Oversee general administration functions including office management, facilities, contracts, and company assets.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, government authorities, and service providers.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with company and legal requirements.
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure full compliance with Thai labor law, social security, and BOI-related requirements (if applicable).
- Act as a key point of contact between local operations and regional/Japanese headquarters.
- Prepare HR reports and updates for management and regional teams.
Leadership & Communication
- Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors on HR-related matters.
- Build a positive, professional, and productive workplace culture.
- Support management with people-related strategies and organizational development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 4–6 years of experience in HR & GA roles, preferably in a Japanese or multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, HR operations, and BOI-related practices.
- Proven experience in people management and cross-functional coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Japanese language skills are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
