Responsibilities:

  • Managing the timetable for Director (Meeting, Appointment), Documents/Scheme approval, special assignment etc.
  • Support all meetings for the team; i.e. meeting date & time, place, agenda, any other support need.
  • Handle confidential information, maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents for the director's consideration.
  • Represent the executive in welcoming and hosting clients on certain occasions.
  • Deal with all the departments for the smooth functioning of the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any field.
  • 1-4 years of work experience as secretary.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English and Thai both speaking and writing. (TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL, TU GET, CU TEP is a plus)
  • Good communication skills, open-minded attitude, great personality.
