Job SummaryThis position is responsible for control preparation and installation of jig, fixture, and equipment concern stamping process. Responsible for the job assignments from the supervisor. Follow up and control the job schedule. Cooperate with the related department for smooth preparation. To follow the company regulations and policy.

Job Description

■Prepare mold, jig, tool, die, equipment, and new machine for new model.■ Production Equipment capacity planning and improvement.

■ Process guideline planning and Process change control.

■ Involve for improve quality, cost, delivery, and energy saving.

■ Utilize new technology for production tools, equipment, process, and Material.

■ Preparation or setting conditions for safety.

■ Problem analysis.

■ Support another division for ABP and LRBP.

■ Environment matter for Equipment and Facility

■ Improve current and new equipment

■ Sub-material preparation and authorization.

Job Specification

■ Bachelor's degree in Tool Engineering, Die Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

■ 1-2 years of working experience in Automotive field.

■  Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.

■  Computer literacy especially in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

■  Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration.

■  Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills.

■  Experience in the automotive industry (Medium or Large Stamping machine or concerns Equipment or Automation or Rack/Pallet ) will be an advantage.
