Responsible

  1. Responsible for formulating process flow according to finished product drawings, designing blanks and corresponding tooling, and writing corresponding process documents that can be produced and trained.
  2. Responsible for the research and development or trial run of new product processes, and forming workinstructions, improving or optimizing production processes, and forming work instructions.
  3. Technical training for workers or other departments that need training, and cooperating with the quality department to investigate, analyze, and improve quality complaints related to production.
  4. Participate in the research and development and trial run of new projects; participate in the contract review of new products, provide support for quotations, and assist the procurement department in providing technical support to suppliers.
  5. Responsible for reviewing product process parameters that have been maintained in the SAP system.
  6. Responsible for the process improvement of old products, identifying risks of the entire production process, proposing effective preventive measures for risky processes, and improving the FPY of products.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in optics, mechanical engineering and other related majors.
  2. At least 1 years' experience in a Process Engineer - (Fresh graduated is welcome).
  3. Fluent speaking, and well-written skills in  English
  4. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP)
  5. Experience in write process documents, work instructions.
  6. Proficient in AutoCAD, Pro/E, Solidworks.
  7. Allow to Work at the Night Shift  (When department is required) .
  8. Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
