We are seeking a Product Engineering Specialistto join our New Product Development (NPD) team. This role is highly technical and focuses on bridging design and manufacturing to ensure smooth product introduction, robust design implementation, and failure prevention across the product lifecycle. The Product Engineering Specialist will own specific product components within larger customer programs, working closely with cross-functional teams and customers to drive technical excellence. #LI-LX1

Perform tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Own 1–2 product components (e.g., networking, compute, storage, or AI/ML modules) within customer programs.
• Qualify and implement new products, including processes, equipment, and materials.
• Lead and support DFX activities (Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, Reliability, Test).
• Conduct design risk assessments and implement design/manufacturing guidelines.
• Manage pilot builds and monitor technical performance during product development cycles.
• Participate in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for technical issues.
• Work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, supply chain engineering, quality, NPI teams, and directly with customers.
• Document, track, and resolve failures throughout the product lifecycle.

• Strong knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity.
• Familiarity with electronic components and system-level design considerations.
• Experience with DFX methods (DFM, DFA, DFR, DFT) and risk assessment.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes and collaboration with suppliers or manufacturing sites.
• Hands-on involvement in root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Proficiency with basic software tools (MS Office, statistical tools).
• Knowledge of CAD/EDA design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Cadence, Altium, NX) is a plus, not mandatory.

• 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (EE).
• Solid foundation in hardware design and PCBA design.
