Job Description:

  • Process Control & Optimization: Control and improve production processes to ensure they meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets and productivity standards.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze root causes of production defects/quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions promptly using engineering tools (e.g., Why-Why Analysis, 8D Report).
  • Continuous Improvement (CI): Lead and drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and production costs.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze production KPIs (OEE, Cycle time, Downtime) to ensure efficiency and cost targets are achieved through data-driven decision-making.
  • Standardization: Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, such as Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and process change reports.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Production, and Suppliers) to solve technical problems and support new model activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with ISO standards and Safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Age between years old. At least 3-5 years of experience in Production Engineer, Process Engineer, or Manufacturing field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Engineering Drawing (GD&T) reading and interpretation.
    • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and QC Tools.
    • Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Language: Good command of English (Listening and Speaking) to communicate with foreign management or interpret technical documents.
    • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure.
    • Attitude: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
