Description: HR Senior Supervisor

Role: Responsible for coordinating HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

·       Provide professional and strategic consultancy and advisory service to

·       executives, management and staff in full spectrum of HR functions.

·       Implement strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on business objectives and direction.

·       Manage and control manpower planning, training and payroll, coordinate and perform staffing strategy and responsible for the on-boarding process.

·       Provide performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, individual development plan, career development, disciplinary actions)

·       Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

·       Generate HR reports and assist in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.

· years' working experience in HRBP roles or HR generalist in managerial level.

·       Experience working with senior leaders, providing coaching and feedback, demonstrating courage in taking a stand and ability to influence required.

·       Proficiency in understanding business operations, goals, and industry trends to effectively align HR initiatives with organizational strategies.

·       Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.

·       Strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of benefits policies and regulations.

·       Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills

·       Proficient in English (is a must) **
