Key Responsibilities

· Lead full-cycle recruitment and drive hiring plans; coordinate onboarding/offboarding.

· Administer C&B and payroll; ensure accuracy and timely submission.

· Liaise with the Social Security Office, Ministry of Labour, and other relevant agencies for filings, audits, and compliance matters.

· Organize, maintain, and archive employee files and HR documentation with strict confidentiality.

· Support HR processes across the full HR lifecycle and partner with business leaders on day-to-day people matters.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree (any major).

· 4+ years of progressive HR experience; work stability required.

· Experience in a China-invested company in a similar role is strongly preferred.

· Chinese as a working language (spoken and written) for daily communication and documentation is required.

· Familiar with the full HR Structure (recruitment, C&B/payroll, employee relations, documentation).

· Knowledge of Thai labour and social security regulations; hands-on experience coordinating with government bodies is a plus.

· Solid Excel/HRIS skills; detail-oriented, discreet, and highly organized.
