About the Role

  • Efficiently manage chats, inbound and outbound calls, and other non-voice communication channels.
  • Handle customer complaints, proceed with effective troubleshooting steps, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and track the root causes of customer issues, complaints, and user churn to provide feedback to the relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently address and resolve customer issues.
  • Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer success experience, including call center, airlines, and the hospitality industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitudes.
  • A good team player, passionate, and a self-starter.
  • Outstanding and exceptional customer service skills.
  • MS 365 skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
