About the Role
- Efficiently manage chats, inbound and outbound calls, and other non-voice communication channels.
- Handle customer complaints, proceed with effective troubleshooting steps, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and track the root causes of customer issues, complaints, and user churn to provide feedback to the relevant teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently address and resolve customer issues.
- Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of customer success experience, including call center, airlines, and the hospitality industry. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitudes.
- A good team player, passionate, and a self-starter.
- Outstanding and exceptional customer service skills.
- MS 365 skill.
- Ability to work under pressure.
