Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and propose sales & promotion planning and sales target.
  • Analyze and monitor sale targets closely and ensure that sell through targets are met and feedback the team for prompt reaction toward our competitors.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manages and builds a strong business relationship with the partners to maximize opportunities, negotiate and grow the business.
  • Motivate and supervise the team to achieve sales and distribution targets.
  • Solve unexpected problem occur between front-line staff and customers, store visit and stock test to ensure company's objectives are achieved .
  • Provide on going coaching to all direct report within the area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
  • Handle other assigned projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management or any related filed.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the retail and trade marketing Industry, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG, with an operational background.
  • Able to communication as well and good personality.
  • Good team management
