Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively leading and managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company's market presence.
  • Oversee recruitment, target setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage overall branch operations including sales, customer service, distribution, HR, and administration.
  • Analyze local market conditions, identify new business opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Develop sales forecasts, financial objectives, and annual business plans.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize profitability.
  • Empower and motivate branch staff through training, development, and coaching programs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management.
  • Strong knowledge and background in the Health & Beauty business.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
