IT Specialist / IT Manager

Position Summary
We are urgently seeking an IT Specialist /Manager Level to manage, stabilize, and improve all IT systems across multiple F&B and retail locations.
This includes POS operations, SAP B1 support, IT infrastructure, and driving IT policy & security awareness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
POS System Management
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade POS systems across all branches.
- Oversee POS integrations, updates, and new feature deployment.
- Provide user support and training for POS operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, tablets, and IT devices.
- Manage software licensing, upgrades, and compliance.
- Perform system monitoring and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure stable network connectivity for all store locations and resolve outages quickly.
- Implement data security standards, backup procedures, user access controls.
- Coordinate with external vendors for network, hardware, and software support.
- Develop, update, and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and user guidelines.
- Conduct staff training sessions to promote Security Awareness (password hygiene, phishing, device use).
- Monitor compliance and ensure all teams follow safe IT practices across the company.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to all employees.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, manuals, diagrams, and configuration documents.
- Prepare incident logs and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in IT management or senior IT support role.
- Strong hands-on experience with POS systems, ideally in F&B / Retail environment.
- Experience with SAP Business One (SAP superuser) is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of IT security, networks, backup systems, cloud POS, and ERP integration.
- Ability to create and enforce IT Policies and Security Awareness programs.
- Strong service mind, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
