Position Summary:

The Business Development & Marketing Project Manager drives creative marketing initiatives and builds strategic business partnerships that expand Bangkok Post's reach and brand impact. This role blends creative thinking with structured execution - developing new marketing projects, managing partnerships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to bring fresh, engaging ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Project Development

· Lead the planning and execution of marketing and brand activation projects, from concept through delivery.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, events, and other creative formats that enhance audience engagement.

· Ensure all projects align with brand strategy and deliver measurable results.

Partnership & Business Growth

· Identify and approach potential partners across industries to create new business collaborations and co-branded initiatives.

· Negotiate partnership terms and maintain ongoing relationships that add long-term value.

· Explore and develop new revenue and visibility opportunities through strategic alliances.

Marketing Coordination & Execution

· Work closely with marketing, editorial, and design teams to ensure projects are well-integrated across all channels.

· Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with efficiency and precision.

· Support the development of proposals and presentations for internal approval or external partners.

Performance & Reporting

· Track and evaluate outcomes of campaigns and partnerships to inform future initiatives.

· Provide insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

· –5 years of experience in marketing project management, business partnerships, or creative campaign development.

· Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in both Thai and English for professional settings.

· Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects or campaigns from concept to completion.

· Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.

· Skilled in negotiation, project coordination, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

· Strategic thinker with a creative approach to developing new opportunities and solving challenges.

· Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
