Katoen Natie Services (Thailand) Ltd. was established in September 1997, has 4 logistics centers in Mataphut, Rayong, the Thai Petrochemical Logistics Center (TPLC) is located in the IEAT estate, the Maptaphut Distribution Center (MDC), the Distribution Center (MDC II) is located across the road of the Asia Industrial Estate, and new Laem Chabang Distribution Center (LDC) is located in Rojana Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonubri. The capacity of existing facilities more than 354,000 m². KNS provides a variety of services to support the petrochemical industry with the handling of polymers and specialty chemical industry in Thailand.

Human Resources Officer
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Laws, or related field.
- Experienced in HR functions 1–5 years.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Computer skill in Microsoft office.
- Good commanded written and spoken in English.
- Good interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, integrity and confidentiality, teamwork and collaboration, decision-making and conflict resolution, organizational and multitasking abilities, and balancing.
- Can be relocated to Maptaphut, Rayong Province.
Job Responsibility :
Recruitment & Staffing
- Job advertisement, screen, interview, contract preparation and job offer for a qualified candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees.
- Maintain employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Support company activity to build up working environment.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Training & Development
- Monitor training needs and organize development programs.
- Support career path planning and succession management.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
- Support audits and prepare HR reports for management.
Performance Management
- Maintain performance appraisal systems.
- Follow up feedback and support performance improvement plans.
- Follow up employee goals with organizational objectives.
