- Visa & Work Permit Management: Handle all aspects of visa, re-entry permit, and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations for expatriate staff, ensuring full compliance with Thai regulations. - HR General Administration (HR&GA): Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, employee record maintenance, and general administrative tasks. (ช่วยเหลือการดำเนินงานด้าน HR และธุรการทั่วไป เช่น การสนับสนุนการสรรหาบุคลากร, การจัดการข้อมูลพนักงาน, และงานธุรการสำนักงาน)
- Communication & Support: Serve as a key communication link, providing necessary support and translating documents/meetings as required for Chinese-speaking management and staff. (ทำหน้าที่เป็นสื่อกลางในการสื่อสารและให้การสนับสนุนด้านการแปล (เอกสาร/การประชุม) ให้แก่ผู้บริหารและพนักงานที่ใช้ภาษาจีน)
- Compliance: Ensure company practices and procedures are compliant with local labor laws and company policies. (ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่าแนวทางปฏิบัติของบริษัทเป็นไปตามกฎหมายแรงงานท้องถิ่นและนโยบายของบริษัท)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in any related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, or a language major).
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) or English .
Experience: Proven experience in handling visa and work permit applications for foreigners in Thailand is essential.
HR&GA Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in general HR and administrative (GA) functions.
