Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates and build strong relationships with them.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.

Training & Development

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements.
  • Maintain training records and provide regular progress reports.
  • Coordinate with the department development skill of Thailand.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in corporate training.
  • Support the implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.

General HR and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Provide support to the leadership team and other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR support and services delivery.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address HR-Related challenges and opportunities.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with local government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication to address concerns and maintain project support.

Community Relations:

  • Engage with local communities to build trust and address their needs and concerns related to the project.
  • Develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate public meetings and discussions to gather input and provide project updates.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Recourse Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in a human resources role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in Recruitment & Onboarding, HR communication, employee engagement, or training & development is preferred.
  • Proficient in HR software and data analysis to generate insights and drive process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge in Recruitment & Onboarding, HR communication, employee engagement, or training & development is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
  • Good communication skills (Thai and English).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
