【Responsibility】
- Implement the production plan to meet the delivery date, efficiency, and quality requirements.
- Formulate the process capability improvement plan and be responsible for promoting the achievement of the goal.
- Review quality problems and seek solutions.
- Improve production efficiency, improve quality and reduce costs.
- Implement factory and departmental work plans to achieve performance goals.
- Cooperate with the special education and training plan and departmental work plan.
- Maintain environmental order and implement safe production.
- Communication and coordination among various departments.
- Coordination of affairs within the department, review of related documents and reports.
- Complete the tasks assigned by superiors.
- 落实生产计划,达成交期,效率,品质要求.
- 制程能力提升计划的拟订并负责推动达成目标.
- 检讨品质问题并谋求解决.
- 提高生产效率,提升品质,降低成本.
- 落实工厂及部门工作计划达成绩效目标.
- 配合专案教育训练计划及部门工作计划安排.
- 维护环境秩序,落实安全生产.
- 各部门沟通协调.
- 部门内事务的协调,相关文件报表的审核.
- 完成上级交办的事项.
【Qualification】
- Familiar with Manufacturing process.
- More than 3 years MFG working experience.
- Must be able to speak Chinese-Thai
- Management skill and team building ability.
- Major in Mechanical Engineering Related.
- Familiar with SPC, SFCS, SAP.
- 熟悉制造流程。
- 3年以上MFG工作经验。
- 必须会说中-泰
- 精益生产管理能力和团队管理能力。
- 电机电子工程相关机械工程相关。
