About the Role

We are seeking a Thai–Chinese Interpreter to support communication and coordination between our Thai team and Chinese-speaking clients. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and professional communication across languages—both online and on-site.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate with Chinese-speaking clients on-site (approx. 20% of the time).
  • Translate and manage online communication (chat, messages, documents) between Thai and Chinese (approx. 80%).
  • Review, translate, and proofread Chinese documents, reports, and contracts for accuracy.
  • Support internal teams in communicating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders during meetings or business discussions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Chinese language, Chinese studies, or any related field).
  • Strong command of Chinese (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
  • HSK certification is a plus.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn (Growth Mindset).
  • Basic understanding of business or accounting terms (e.g., accounting, revenue, expenses) is an advantage.

    – Training will be provided for candidates without prior business experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident in handling client discussions.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid model: On-site in Chonburi (~20%) and online (~80%).
  • Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 - 17:30.
