Our client is leading global manufacturer of power-electronics components, transformers, and LED-driver solutions. Headquartered in China with operations worldwide, the company supplies high-quality, energy-efficient products to the lighting, industrial, renewable energy, and utility sectors. With 2 R&D centers and 4 production bases, including its newly established plant in Chonburi, our client is looking for an experienced and driven HR & Admin Manager to lead the set up of department.

Human Resource and Admin role oversees end-to-end HR and administrative functions for the company's operations in Thailand, including HR system development, talent acquisition, employee management, and compliance. It also supports business needs by designing HR solutions, managing EHS and administrative activities, and ensuring efficient workforce and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize HR policies, systems, processes, and standards to support the company's overseas operations and long-term HR strategy.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand organizational needs, analyze operational pain points, and design HR solutions that improve efficiency and workforce effectiveness.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for both production and functional roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, and build strong relationships with local recruitment channels.
  • Handle all personnel administration for Thai employees, including onboarding, resignation, transfers, promotions, training coordination, HR budget planning, payroll data, and attendance management.
  • Oversee administrative operations and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance to support business continuity and daily office/plant operations.
  • Provide HR advisory to the management team, ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, with strong communication skills in both Chinese and Thai (spoken, written, and reading).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles within the Thai manufacturing industry, preferably in a multinational or factory environment.
  • Solid understanding of Thai labor laws, local regulations, government procedures, and compliance standards, including HR documentation and official workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations such as onboarding/offboarding, training coordination, and performance or personnel management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility, professionalism, and work ethics.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
