Key Responsibilities


• Assist the overall management of the production Department, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure on-time, high-quality order delivery to meet customer's demand.


• Manage the daily work of the production Department, cooperating with planning, process engineer, quality and arranging internal resources to ensure customer delivery and production efficiency improvement.


• Make and follow daily production plan by master plan to prepare manpower, material, tooling and other production staff.


• Respond promptly to production issues, track issues in a timely manner, and provide actionable.


• Responsible for products' delivery, in/out SAP system and daily, weekly, monthly production data and report.


• Continuous improvement for Safety, 5S, process quality, shopfloor management procedure, manufacturing cost etc.


• Participating planning for manpower evaluation, tooling demand and material issue by rolling plan or customer demand.


• Responsible for talent development, performance improvement, multi-skills training.


• Prepare report performance records and evaluations to HR.


• Others task that from Asst. production manager/Mgr. and support company activities.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.


• Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing process, production engineer or supervisory experience (Cleanroom experience is advantage)


• MS office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)


• Data analysis, problem-solving skill


• knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.


• leadership, SPC


• ESD certificate; Cleanliness for cleanroom certificate is advantage


• 5 S, Jorpor
