About the role:

The primary objective of the overall marketing role is to be the engine for business growth by creating demand, building brand loyalty, and driving revenue. This is achieved through the strategic integration of three critical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging and effective positioning across all units.
  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms and websites, driving engagement and enhancing the brand's online presence.
  • Oversee outbound marketing initiatives, including media buying, campaign coordination with local KOL's, and collaboration with global advertising platforms.
  • Plan and execute events, workshop, and community activities to grow the Digital Sales & Marketing community, fostering knowledge sharing and professional networking in Thailand and SEA.
  • Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentation decks, case studies, and digital content to support internal and external campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality, male or female age over 25 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications Arts or any related fields.
  • At least 3 -5 years experience in Marketing Communication or event/seminar marketing for digital platforms, advertising, or integrated campaigns.
  • Proven experience in content creation, video content development, or communication campaigns, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficient in content management systems and social media management tools.
  • Bonus: Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia production tools.
  • Preferred background in Business Media, B2B Marketing, Digital Agencies, or Advertising Agencies.
  • Strong understanding of creative content strategies and social media marketing best practices.
  • Creative, adaptable, and highly collaborative, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A self-starter with the ability to develop messaging, present ideas, and work independently.
  • Solid command of speaking and writing in English.
