Marketing Project Communication Management
• Lead communication planning and execution for all product categories, ensuring alignment with product strategies, key message direction, and overall marketing objectives.
• Oversee digital communication projects including KOL/Influencer collaborations, media buying, and creative content execution.
• Manage and collaborate with marketing agencies to achieve project KPIs and deliverables on time.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance. Provide reports and suggestions for improvement to optimize campaign impact.
Marketing Creative Design & Copywriting
• Provide creative direction and guidelines to graphic designers to ensure consistency of key messages across all product categories.
• Brief and supervise designers to deliver high-quality creatives that meet objectives, requirements, and timelines.
• Support in crafting compelling copywriting for campaigns, assets, and marketing materials.
Strategy & Concept Development
• Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business and marketing goals. This includes brainstorming ideas, defining campaign direction, and identifying the most effective online and offline channels to reach the target audience.
• Brand Guardianship : Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative assets are consistent with the brand's visual identity, tone of voice, and overall personality.
Creative Analysis & Insights
• Analyze creative trends, content formats, campaign activities, and events across the industry to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance creative performance across platforms.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies. Use this data to generate actionable insights that inform our creative strategy.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Digital, Sales, PR, and other internal teams to ensure integrated and seamless communication flow.
• Align with multiple stakeholders to support campaign readiness, asset development, and cross-functional objectives.
Marketing Project Budget Control
• Monitor, track, and manage project budgets to ensure efficient spending and alignment with marketing plans.
• Coordinate with finance and vendors to ensure accurate cost control and timely processing.
Qualification
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: More than 4-5 years of proven experiences in a creative or strategic planning role, content development, or brand communication. Experience in a digital or advertising agency is highly valuable.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, interpret, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover consumer insights and market trends.
• Creativity & Strategic Thinking: The ability to translate research and data into innovative and effective marketing and communication strategies. Strong understanding of digital media, creative trends, and integrated marketing.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas persuasively to various stakeholders, from creative teams to senior leadership and clients. Excellent communication, project-management, and creative direction skills.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience working with agencies, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail to ensure all creative deliverables are of high quality and align with brand standards.
• Adaptability: The ability to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and a constantly changing market.
• Team Player: Must be a good team player, a fast learner, flexible, and service-minded.
• Language Skills: Good command of English is required (upper-intermediate level). Knowledge of Chinese (spoken/written) is a plus.
