Your MissionAs our Senior Performance Marketing, you'll own the top-of-funnel growth engine. Your mission is to design and optimize campaigns that introduce Plantae to millions of new audiences across digital channels. From reach and impressions to brand lift and engagement, you'll ensure Plantae becomes the most recognized plant-powered brand in the market.
What You'll Own
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid awareness campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, and other channels.
- Build strategies to increase reach, brand awareness, and engagement at scale.
- Collaborate with Creatives and Content teams to develop attention-grabbing ad assets.
- Manage budgets, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize awareness ROI.
- Implement and optimize tracking for awareness KPIs (Success metrics: CPM efficiency, engagement rate, brand lift study score, reach quality vs target audience)
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and formats to continuously improve results.
- Stay ahead of emerging media platforms, formats, and trends to expand reach.
- Provide insights and reporting to the Revenue Growth Lead (Project Owner), connecting awareness to mid- and lower-funnel performance.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, or Digital Strategy (FMCG, lifestyle, or e-commerce preferred).
- Proven track record of driving awareness and brand visibility at scale.
- Strong expertise in digital media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, Programmatic).
- Data-driven — skilled at analyzing awareness metrics, brand lift studies, and engagement data.
- Creative and strategic thinker — able to craft campaigns that stand out in crowded markets.
- Collaborative — works closely with Content, Brand, and Performance (Conversion) teams for a full-funnel approach.
- Hands-on operator — able to execute with precision while thinking strategically.
